We want your experience with Horizon Powered to be smooth and worry-free. If you need to return or exchange a product, here’s how it works:

How to Start a Return

• Email us at rma@horizonpowered.com with:

  • Order number & device name

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/confirmation)

  • Device serial number

  • Contact details

We’ll reply within 2 business days and send you a prepaid return label if your request is approved.

Conditions

• Request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

• Applies only to orders paid by credit card.

• Items must be in original condition with all accessories.

• A 50% processing fee will apply to all returns or cancellations.

• Shipping costs (both ways) will be deducted from any refund.

• Refunds are processed in 7–14 business days after inspection.

What Happens Next

• Replacement: A new/refurbished unit will be shipped at no cost.

• Refund: Processed to your original payment method.

• Repair: If possible and agreed, your device will be repaired and returned.

Important Notes

• Returns may be refused for misuse, unauthorized modifications, or out-of-warranty items.

• Horizon Powered is not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging.
